Electroluminescent materials mainly include electroluminescent powder, dielectric powder, EL glue, silver paste, and ITO film, which are mainly used for screen printing to make electroluminescent sheets.
General process:
1. Evenly mix the electroluminescent powder and EL glue, then print on the ITO film and dry;
2. Evenly mix the dielectric powder and EL glue, then print on the previous product and dry;
3. Print the silver paste on the previous product, dry, and lead out the electrode.
The structure of the basic electroluminescent device is completed, and it can emit light when powered on. The general luminous conditions are 80~150V 400~2000Hz.
